摘要
目的明确吉祥草中的5种提取物对神经细胞的抗氧化作用功效。方法经过提取分离、结构鉴定后,建立了H2O2所致人神经母细胞瘤株SH-SY5Y细胞系氧化应激损伤模型,应用MTT法探讨了RC-1、RC-2、RC-3、RC-4和RC-5的细胞毒性及抗氧化保护作用。结果 RC-1、RC-2、RC-3、RC-4均表现出一定的的抗氧化活性,在10μg/ml时,RC-2、RC-3和RC-4分别比模型组的存活率高42.8%、42.9%和47.9%。结论吉祥草及其提取物可以作为一种潜在的抗神经退行性疾病药物进行开发和利用。
Objective To make clear the antioxidant effect of 5 extracts from Reineckea carnea to nervecells. Methods After ex- traction and purification,5 compounds named RC -1 to RC -5 were structurally identified. H202 oxidative damage model to hu- man neuroblastoma strains SH- SYSY cells was established, and then the cell toxicity and the protective effects under oxidative stress were evaluated by MTI' method. Results RC - 1, RC - 2, RC - 3, RC - 4 all show a certain antioxidant activity, the survival rate of RC - 2, the RC - 3 and RC - 4 is respectively 42.8% ,42.9% and 47.9% higher than the model group. Conclusion Rei- neckea carnea and its extracts can be developed as a potential drug for neurodegenerative diseases.
