基于促MC3T3-E1细胞增殖与分化的不同规格鹿茸聚类分析 被引量:3

The cluster analysis of eight different specifications deer antlers based on the influences of deer antler on the proliferation and differentiation of MC3T3- E1 osteoblastic cells

摘要 目的考察8种不同规格鹿茸含药血清对MC3T3-E1成骨细胞增殖和分化的影响并对8种不同规格鹿茸进行聚类分析。方法雌性SD大鼠随机分为9组,给药,制得不同规格鹿茸的大鼠含药血清及空白对照血清。以上述血清对MC3T3-E1成骨细胞培养72 h,MTT法检测成骨细胞增殖情况,ELISA法检测碱性磷酸酶(ALP)分泌量,并以成骨细胞的增殖及ALP分泌量为因素进行聚类分析。结果各规格鹿茸均具有促进MC3T3-E1成骨细胞增殖、分化作用,且聚类分析结果与传统商品鹿茸药材质量划分结果相同。结论鹿茸药材能显著促进MC3T3-E1成骨细胞增殖、分化,且作用强弱与商品药材优劣相关。 Objective To observe the influences of medicinal serum of deer antler on the proliferation and differentiation of MC3T3 - E1 osteoblastic cells. Methods SD rats were randomly divided into nine groups including eight medicinal serum group of deer antler and one normal serum group, given different deer antler (0.4g .kg- 1 ) respectively once a day and blank group was given equivalent distilled water. All MC3T3 - E1 osteoblastic cells counting and plating and treated for 72 hours. The proliferation rate were detected by using MTF test, secretion of ALP was detected by using ELISA, and then made cluster analysis. Results De- er antler could promote the proliferation and differentiation of MC3T3 - E1 osteoblastic cells, and the cluster result was consistent with the commercial quality of deer antler. Conclusion Deer antler could significantly promote the proliferation and differentiation of MC3T3 -E1 osteoblastic cells ,and the effect was consistent with the commercial quality of deer antler.
