栀子苷和西红花苷Ⅰ对ANIT致小鼠肝损伤的保肝作用研究 被引量:19

The Protective Effects of Gardenside and Crocin Ⅰ on Acute Hepatic Injury Induced by ANIT in Mice

摘要 目的观察栀子苷和西红花苷Ⅰ对0.4%ANIT橄榄油溶液致肝损伤小鼠的保护作用。方法先给予小鼠栀子苷和西红花苷Ⅰ不同剂量,然后对小鼠分别灌胃给予0.4%ANIT造成肝损伤,48小时后测其空腹血清AST、ALT、ALP、GGT、TBIL、DBIL,并剖取肝、脾,称湿重,计算其脏器指数。结果西红花苷Ⅰ30 mg·kg-1显著降低AST、ALT、ALP、TBIL、DBIL值,西红花苷Ⅰ90 mg·kg-1显著降低AST、ALT、TBIL、DBIL值,而西红花苷Ⅰ300 mg·kg-1剂量却无保肝作用;栀子苷各剂量组也无保肝作用。结论西红花苷Ⅰ在30、90 mg·kg-1剂量对ANIT致肝损伤小鼠有保肝作用。 Abstract: Objective To observe the protective effects of Gardenside and Crocin I on acute hepatic injury induced by 0.4 ANIT in olive oil in mice. Methods At first, take different doses of Gardenside and Crocin I on mice, and then ig ANIT in micI abdominal cavity to damage their liver. After 48 hours, measure their fasting serum levels of ALT, AST, ALP, GGT, TBIL, DBI] dissect and take the wet weight of their liver and spleen as well. Finally calculate the viscera index. Results When the dose equal to 30,90mg . kg-I of Crocin I ,it can significantly reduce serum AST, ALT, ALP, TBIL, DBIL of liver damage in mice, but thI 300mg . kg-Jof Crocin J and 30,90,300 mg .kg-1 of Gardenside on liver injury in mice do not have liver protection effectl.
