摘要
原发性痛经是妇科临床常见的疾病。文章总结胡国华教授治疗原发性痛经的经验,其主要病机是寒凝血瘀,不通则痛,以温经散寒、祛瘀止痛为治疗大法。
Objective Primary dysmenorrhea is a common gynecological clinical disease. This article introduces professor Hu Guo - huag experience in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea. The basic pathogenesis of primary dysmenorrhea is cold coagula- tion and blood stasis, and stagnation of qi and blood may bring about pain. The treatment should focus on warming channel and ex- pelling cold, removing blood stasis and relieving pain.
