摘要
目的研究温肺化纤汤乙醇提取物体外抗氧化活性。方法采用清除DPPH自由基、清除ABTS+自由基、还原力测定三个抗氧化实验方法,评价温肺化纤汤水、30%、60%、90%乙醇提取物体外抗氧化活性。结果 60%乙醇提取物具有最强的体外抗氧化活性,其清除DPPH、ABTS+自由基IC50值分别为247.11、440.41μg·ml-1,还原力EC50值为972.6μg·ml-1。结论温肺化纤汤具有一定的体外抗氧化活性,其中以60%乙醇提取物最强,此结论可为该方最佳提取方法提供科学依据。
Objective To study the antioxidant properties of the ethanol extracts from Wenfei huaxian recipe. Methods The an- tioxidant activities of different concentration ethanol extracts （water,30% ,60% ,90% ） were evaluated by three methods of DP- PH,ABTS and reducing power. Results The 60% ethanol extract possessed the strongest antioxidant activity to seaveng free - radical, with ICs0 values of 247.11 μg . m-1 and 440.41μg ml-1 , respectively, and EC50 value of the reducing power was 972. 6 μg . ml-1. Conclusion Wenfei Huaxian recipe have certain antioxidant activity in vitro, and the 60% ethanol extract showed the stronger antioxidant activity than any other extracts. The present study provided scientific methods for the extraction of Wenfei Huaxian recipe.
