基于主成分及相关性分析的益母草综合质量评价 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨主成分分析法和相关性分析综合评价不同川产益母草药材质量的可行性。方法分别对不同产地17批益母草药材颜色、水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、浸出物以及盐酸水苏碱、盐酸益母草碱含量进行测定;对测定的结果进行相关性分析以及主成分分析。结果相关性分析表明,水分与酸不溶性灰分呈显著性相关;总灰分与酸不溶性灰分之间呈极显著性相关;总灰分与浸出物之间呈显著性相关;颜色与总灰分以及浸出物呈(负)显著性相关;盐酸水苏碱与浸出物之间呈显著性相关。以浸出物、盐酸水苏碱以及盐酸益母草碱进行综合主成分分析,以四川宜宾s9样品最优。结论相关性分析以及主成分分析可以用于益母草药材的质量分析以及综合评价,可以为中药的多指标评价提供借鉴。 Objective To explore the feasibility of principal component analysis and correlation analysis on qualaty evaluation ot Leonurus japonicas. Methods 17 batches of Leonurus japonicas of different producing areas was measured with color, moisture, to- tal ash, acid - insoluble ash,water - extract and stachydrine hydrochloride, Leonurine hydrochloride. For the results, using correla- tion analysis and principal component analysis. Results Correlation analysis showed that the moisture and acid - insoluble ash were significantly correlated;total ash and acid insoluble ash were extremely significant correlation;the total ash was significantly correlated with water - extract ; color was significant - negatively correlated with total ash and water - extract ; stachydrine hydro- chloride was significantly correlated with water - extract. Comprehensive principal component analysis indicated that the quality of s9 of Yibin was the best. Conclusion Correlation analysis and principal component analysis can be used for the quality analysis and comprehensive evaluation of Leonurus japonicas, can provide the basis for other TCMs'muhi- index evaluation.
