氯诺昔康的合成工艺研究

摘要 目的改进氯诺昔康的合成工艺。方法中间体Ⅱ、Ⅲ在硅胶作用下反应生成氯诺昔康。结果与结论收率由37%提高到83%。改进后的工艺操作简便安全,易于控制,纯化方便,产品收率高,改进了原有工艺。 OBJECTIVE To improve the synthetic process of Lomoxicam. METHODS Lomoxicam was obtained by reacting intermediateⅡ with intermediate Ⅲ in the existence of silical gel. RESULTS and CONCLUSION The yield obtained increased from 37% to 83%. Due to its convenient operation, safety, easy control and high yield, this facile procedure is superior to other methods.
