摘要 目的采用反相HPLC法同时分离测定一清胶囊中5种大黄蒽醌衍生物的含量。方法采用Kromasil ODS-C18色谱柱(200 mm×4.6 mm,5.0μm),流动相A为0.033%三乙胺甲醇溶液(冰醋酸调pH3),流动相B为0.5%三乙胺水溶液(冰醋酸调pH3),梯度洗脱,检测波长430 nm,流速1.0 mL·min-1。结果 5种大黄蒽醌衍生物含量测定方法的线性关系良好,r为0.9995~0.9998;回收率为98.18%~101.40%。结论所用方法专属性强、结果准确、重复性好,可用于一清胶囊中5种大黄蒽醌衍生物的含量测定。 OBJECTIVE To establish an RP - HPLC method for stimultaneous determination of five rhubarb anthraquinones in Yiqing capsule. METHODS A column of Kromasil CIs ( 200 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was composed of 0. 033% triethylamine methanol solution (tuning pH to 3 with glacial acetic acid, A)and 0.5% triethylamine (tuning pH to 3 with glacial acetic acid, B) with gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 mL· min ^- 1 with the detection wavelength at 430 nm. RESULTS In the ranges, the linears of five rhubarb anthraquinones were very good and the correlation coefficients ranged from 0. 9995 to 0.9998. The average recoveries were 98.18% - 101.40%. CONCLUSION The method has strong specificity. The results are accurate and reliable, repeatable. It can be used to determine five rhubarb anthraquinones.
