摘要
在Q235B建筑钢结构表面电沉积纳米镍和Ni65Cu35合金。分析了镀层的表面形貌和物相,并通过乙酸盐雾试验和电化学腐蚀试验分析了镀层的耐蚀性。结果表明:电沉积镀层有效地提高了建筑钢结构的耐蚀性。同时,电沉积纳米镍/Ni65Cu35合金的耐蚀性较单一镀层的更佳。它能使钢结构的自腐蚀电位正移78.45%。经过10d的乙酸盐雾腐蚀后,其质量损失率降低了87.16%。
Nano nickel and Ni65 Cu35 alloy were electrodeposited on the surface of construction steel structure Q235B.The surface morphology and phase of the coating were analyzed,and the corrosion resistance of the coating was analyzed by acetic acid salt spray test and electrochemical corrosion test.The results show that the electrodeposited coating can effectively improve the corrosion resistance of the construction steel structure.At the same time,the electrodeposited nano nickel/Ni65 Cu35 alloy has a better corrosion resistance than a single electrodeposited coating,which can make the self-corrosion potential of the steel structure shift positively by 78.45 %,and its mass loss rate decreases by 87.16 % after 10 days of acetic acid salt spray corrosion.
