SF-400加厚纳米镍在锌合金和铝合金压铸件上的应用

摘要 SF-400加厚纳米镍工艺集纳米技术、电镀技术和化学镀技术于一体。电镀和化学镀过程中,部分添加剂分解、还原而成为杂质。这些杂质都可以通过简单的物理过滤方式除去,镀液非常稳定,长期运行不需要大处理。镀液呈弱碱性,前处理要求不高,而且结合力极佳。它能在锌合金、铝合金压铸件上代替焦磷酸盐镀铜,是对氰化物预镀铜层进行加厚的极佳选择。另外,焦磷酸盐镀铜工艺的深镀能力不够,对深孔件的贯通能力不强;而预镀层加厚纳米镍工艺的深镀能力则是相当卓越的,这是焦磷酸盐镀铜工艺无法比拟的。 SF-400 thickened nano nickel process sets nanotechnology,electroplating and electroless plating technology as a whole.During electroplating and electroless plating,part of the additives decompose and reduce into impurities.These impurities can be removed by simple physical filtration method,so the bath is stable,and a big treatment is not needed in long-term operation.The bath is weakly alkaline,with no need of higher requirement on the pretreatment,and the binding strength is very good.It can replace pyrophosphate copper plating on zinc alloy and aluminum alloy die casting parts,and is an excellent choice for thickening cyanide copper pre-plating layer.In addition,the process of pyrophosphate copper plating is insufficient in covering power and does not have a strong penetrating ability to deep-hole parts; however,the pre-coating thickening nano nickel process has a quite remarkable covering power,to which pyrophosphate copper plating process is incomparable.
