摘要 通过添加铝溶胶对微弧氧化电解液进行改进,制得了理化性能更加优良的镁-锂合金微弧氧化陶瓷膜。分析了铝溶胶的体积分数对膜层性能的影响。得出结论:加入铝溶胶后,微弧氧化膜表面单位面积内的微孔数量减少,且孔径变小;随着铝溶胶的体积分数的增大,膜层的电阻增大;当铝溶胶的体积分数为11.7mL/L时,微弧氧化膜的耐蚀性最好。 The micro-arc oxidation ceramic coatings with better physical and chemical properties were obtained by improving electrolyte through addition of aluminum sol.The effects of volume fraction of aluminum sol on the properties of the coating were analyzed.The conclusion is that after aluminum sol is added,the number of micropores in unit area of the micro-arc oxidation film surface decreases,and the aperture becomes smaller; with the increase of volume fraction of aluminum sol,the resistance of the film increases; when the volume fraction of aluminum sol is 11.7 mL/L,the corrosion resistance of the microarc oxidation film is the best.
