直流输电系统CSD控制关断功能分析及改进建议

摘要 控制关断顺序是高压直流输电系统控制重要功能。介绍了控制关断功能的设置原因、启动条件和后果,指出主备直流站控均故障时,控制关断功能设计存在缺陷。对比云广特高直流控制优化逻辑,提出改进建议,这些分析和结论有助于增强系统可靠性,提高直流输电运行维护水平。 Control shut down ( CSD ) sequence is an important function of the HVDC power transmission system. This paper explains its setup reason, start conditions and consequences, and points out that the CSD function design has defects when simultaneous fauhs are detected in the master and standby DC station controls. In comparison with Yun-Guang UHVDC control optimization, some improvement suggestions are given. The analysis and conclusions made in this paper will be valuable for the reliability enhancement of the system and improvement of the maintenance level of the DC power transmission operation.
