随着我国社会主义工业的飞速发展,PLC作为一种实用性强,适用范围广,操作简便的专为在工业环境下应用而开发的工业控制计算机被越来越多的在各行各业中使用。通过以常见的电机起停自锁控制电路及其梯形图程序为例对PLC中最常用的继电器的使用进行说明,从电机启停自锁电路中每一个实际操作的动作说开来,详细的解释了程序的控制逻辑,并针对此电路在实际生产中的应用提出了改进意见。

Along with the fast development of our socialist industry, PLC finds more and more applications in various industries, as a highly practical and easily operated industrial control computer designed specially for the industrial environment. Taking the common self- locking control circuit for motor start/stop and the ladder diagram program as an example, this paper describes the relay most commonly used in PLC relay, starting from each operation of the self-locking circuit for motor start/stop the motor. It further explains the program control logic in detail and proposes suggestions for improving the application of this circuit in the actual production.
