摘要
复旦大学中长跑队是"自主型体教联合"的成功模式,其成功经验包括:对"自主型体教联合"培养模式的信赖和坚持、挑选合作伙伴的战略性思考、将队员"自我管理"制度化、克服协调学训矛盾,以及运动训练的科学化。不过,复旦中长跑队的"体教联合"在注册管理、制度建设、内部激励等方面仍有待完善,从制度、机制、资金等方面提出有针对性的建议。
The middle and long distance running team of Fudan University is a successful mode of “independent cultural education and physical education united”cultivation, its successful experiences include the followings:trust and adherence to the “independent cultural education and physical education united” cultivation mode; strategic thinking about partner selection;institutionalizing the“self management”of team members;overcoming and coor-dinating the contradiction between cultural learning and physical training;making sports training scientific. How-ever, the “cultural education and physical education united” cultivation of the middle and long distance running team of Fudan University still needs to be improved in terms of registration management, institution construction, internal stimulation etc, hence the author put forward some action specific suggestions in terms of institution, mechanism, fund etc.
