企业原始创新产学研合作模式的选择——两种模式选择的演化博弈分析

Selection of Industry-university-research Collaborative Modes of Enterprise Original Innovation——Based on Evolutionary Game

在将企业原始创新产学研合作模式分为共建经济实体模式和技术并购模式的基础上,运用单总体演化博弈模型分析了企业原始创新产学研合作模式的选择。进一步,运用计算机仿真方法分析了模式选择演化博弈结果的影响因素。结果表明:企业原始创新产学研合作模式选择的演化博弈结果可能是全都选择共建经济实体模式,或者全都选择技术并购模式,或者形成两种模式并存的稳定状态,该结果受到不同模式获取技术及产品并占领市场的速度、共建经济实体模式利润分配比例及技术并购模式并购费用的影响。

Based on dividing industry-university-research collaborative mode of enterprise original innovation into two types which are building economic entity mode and technology acquisition mode, analyzes the mode selection by single overall evo- lutionary game model, and analyzes the influencing factors by computer simulation. The results show that the mode selection results of the evolutionary game can be all chooses the building economic entity mode or all selects the technology acquisition mode or reaches a stable state. The results are influenced by the speed to get technology and products and occupy the market of different modes, profit distribution proportion of the building economic entity mode, acquisition cost of the technology acquisition mode.
