摘要
通过回顾领导和主动性行为领域的相关文献,说明了正面领导、负面领导、领导-成员交换等对员工主动性行为的影响,分析了领导影响员工主动性行为的内在机制和边界条件,最后在总结已有研究成果的基础上提出了未来研究方向。
By reviewing the literatures of leadership and proactive behaviors, this paper analyzes the effects of positive lead-ership, negative leadership and leader-member exchange on employees' proactive behaviors, and suggests the underlying mechanisms and contingency conditions of the effects. Finally it concludes the previous studies and suggests the future research directions.
