摘要
基于246名员工的调查数据,在强调心理契约违背中介作用的基础上,对员工群体认同在心理契约破坏影响员工工作满意度过程中存在的调节作用进行了实证研究。研究表明,心理契约违背在心理契约破坏及员工工作满意度之间存在部分中介作用;群体认同在心理契约破坏和心理契约违背之间有显著调节作用。
Based on the survey data of 246 employees, and on the basis of the emphasis on psychological contract violation' s mediating effect, this paper studied on psychological contract breach and the impact of the job satisfaction by highlighting the moderating effect of the group identification. The results showed that psychological contract violation partially mediates the relationship between psychological contract breach and job satisfaction; group identification significantly moderates the relationship between psychological contract breach and psychological contract violation.
