我国工业企业低碳生产意愿的关键影响因素研究 被引量:3

摘要 利用Fuzzy DEMATEL和ANP方法,以食品工业企业为例,识别影响我国工业企业低碳生产意愿的关键因素及其相对的权重分布。结果表明,ISO14000环境管理认证、技术创新能力和政策监管是影响企业低碳生产意愿的主动性关键因素,权重依次为16%、13%和12%;能源消耗、企业规模则是影响企业低碳生产意愿的被动性关键因素,权重分别为8%和11%。并据此指明政策含义。 This paper takes the food enterprises as an example, the combination methods of Fuzzy DEMATEL and ANP are used to identify the key factors affecting the enterprises' low-carbon manufacturing willingness and their relative weight distribution. The results show that ISOI4000 environmental management certification, technical innovation and policy intervention are initiative key elements affecting the enterprises' low-carbon manufacturing willingness; the weights are 16%, 13% and 12% in the system. While energy consumption, firm size are passive key factors affecting enterprises' low-carbon man- ufacturing willingness, weights are 8% and 11% respectively. And policy implications are put forward.
