摘要
当前高速城市化背景下作为城市生态系统中最重要组成部分的水系不断萎缩,水域不断地转变用途,生态功能逐渐弱化。在GIS与RS技术支持下,运用景观指数模型揭示了城区水系演替规律及其驱动因素,针对土地利用变化对城区水系演替的显著性影响,设计土地利用优化目标体系并构建多目标优化模型以实现对土地利用结构的优化,其结果对改善城区经济高速发展与生态保护之间的不匹配状况起到了积极作用。研究提出的土地利用优化方案简练、目的性明确、灵活性强,在科学指导城市可持续发展方面具有借鉴作用。
In the background of current high-speed urbanization, the water system which is the most important part of an urban ecosystem has degenerated steadily and its ecological function has weakened gradually, while the researches on the strategies from land use are less. Based on GIS and RS, this paper applies Landscape index model to reveal the rules and driving factors about the water system succession, in view of the significant effect from land use changes, we design the land use optimization scheme and build multi-objective optimization model to optimize the land use structure. The result has played a positive role in improving mismatching situation between rapid economic growth and ecological protection. This land use optimization is concise with clear purpose and strong flexibility, and has a scientific reference to direct the urban sustainable development.
