摘要
通过对近五年来高职英语教师专业发展研究的梳理,指出该研究的进展及现状,其研究内容主要为:高职英语教师专业发展的现状分析;高职英语教师专业发展的模式;高职英语教师专业发展途径及对策;制约高职英语教师专业发展的因素分析。提出了思考及进一步研究的方向:以专业群为依托的高职英语教师和相关专业教师发展共同体研究;跨行业、跨部门、跨学校结合的英语教师教学科研成长联合体研究;基于教育技术背景的教师专业发展研究;用叙事研究方法开展微观层面的教师专业发展的研究。
Papers about English teachers'professional development in the last five years in CNKI are reviewed and the present research progress are pointed out. The research contents of higher vocational English teachers' professional development are mainly as follows: the current situation analysis; the modes, the pathways and solutions, the factors. Some thinking and the direction of further research about English teachers'professional development are suggested: the community research of being based on and relevant others teachers ,joint department research the professional group of higher vocational English teachers of cross - industry and cross - institution, the research on the base of education technology, the narrative research.
