基于技术推广的校企合作双赢模式探析

A Probe into the Win-win Model of College-enterprise Cooperation Based on Technology Popularization

高等教育尤其是技术类教育的根本目的,就是培养适合企业发展需要的高端技术型人才。在教学工作中实行学校和企业联合的教学模式,是提高高校学生培养质量,使培养的学生更适合企业需要的重要途径之一。本文运用校企合作新理论,结合实际工作经验,构建基于技术推广的校企合作双赢模式,为高职院校的校企合作的发展提供可借鉴的经验。

Higher education, especially the technical education is basically intended to cultivate high-end technical talents in line with the need of corporate development. Implementation of teaching model of college- enterprise cooperation is one of the key approaches for improving the training quality of college students in line of the corporate needs. By applying new theory of college-enterprise cooperation and combining practical work experience, the article constructs the win-win model of college-enterprise cooperation based on technology popularization, providing vocational colleges with referential experience for development of college-enterprise cooperation.
