管理实际问题与理论研究脱节及滞后模型研究

The Study on the Process of Theory Meets Practice in Project Management

当今众多学科的多数理论来源于学术界的实验和研究成果,这些成果所解决的问题是人们在实践中所遇到的实际问题。然而管理学科却是个例外,其实际问题与理论研究之间存在着严重的脱节。利用文献研究、访谈和问卷调查等方法对问题进行分析和深入研究,并从管理的实际工作者和理论研究者两方面对这一问题进行全面论证,建立了管理实践问题与理论研究脱节和滞后过程模型。这个过程模型中存在着两条关键链,直接决定了管理实际问题与理论研究之间的转化是否成功。在已经建立的过程模型及两条关键链的基础上,进一步对脱节与滞后问题进行成因分析。

Obviously, most of science theories come from the academic research achievements and most of the academic research achievements are originated or drove by the problems or issues from practices. But the management discipline are an exception, there is a serious disconnect between the practice and the theoretical research. The paper completed a lot of research work, such as literature research, interviews and questionnaires, etc. And then, the paper established the disjointed and hysteresis model of practical problems and theoretical studies in management with the comprehensive demonstration from both of practitioners and theorists. The process model has two key chains which are important. Finally, the paper discussed the formation of the problems, and gave conclusions.
