Sustainable Development Research On Cluster Based on Related Factors of Resilience

摘要近年来,国外很多学者开始将弹性理论用于区域竞争力以及集群的研究,弹性集群逐渐成为集群研究的新方向,国内在相关领域的研究较少。通过介绍弹性及弹性集群基本概念,重点分析"知识流动、网络拓扑结构、多样性及异质性"等因素对集群弹性的影响,进而提出了"优化网络拓扑结构、促进集群内外部知识流动、注重集群政策与生命周期的匹配性"等提升集群弹性、推动集群可持续发展的对策和建议。 In recent years, many foreign scholars began to research the regional competitiveness and cluster systems with resilience theory, resilient cluster become a new research direction, few scholars studied in related fields in China. By introducing the basic concept of resilience and resilient cluster; focusing on ＇knowledge flow, network topology as well as heterogeneity＇ impact on the cluster resilience. At last, proposes measures to enhance resilience and sustainable development of cluster, which include ＇optimize network topology structure, promote knowledge flows in clusters inside and outside, strengthen matching between cluster policy and life cycle
