摘要
基于有机平衡观和相对平衡观,对珠三角165家科技型企业进行问卷调查,探讨利用式学习、探索式学习对创新绩效的影响作用,并进一步分析利用—探索式学习的平衡效应及其交互作用的边界条件,研究结果发现:(1)利用式学习对创新绩效有着显著的正向作用,且这种效应边际递增,而探索式学习对创新绩效具有正向的线性影响作用;(2)利用—探索式学习的平衡对创新绩效呈倒U型影响,相对平衡区间出现在中高度平衡之间;(3)当利用—探索式学习相对平衡与匹配时,利用式学习与探索式学习对创新绩效有着正向的交互作用。
Based on the organic view and relative view of balance, the study collects data from 165 technology enterprises in Pearl River Delta, and examines the relationship between exploitation learning, exploration learning and innovation performance, and further analyzes their balance effects as well as the boundary conditions of their interactions. Results indicate that exploitation learning has a positive curve effect on innovation performance, and exploration has a significantly positive linear effect on innovation performance. Besides, the balance between exploitation learning and exploration learning has an inverted U-shaped relationship on innovation performance, and the relatively balanced interval appears between the medium balance and high balance. What's more, exploitation learning and exploration learning have a positive interaction on innovation performance when the two learning activities are relatively balanced and matching.
