高层建筑自喷系统管网优化及节材设计研究

Optimization and Pipe Conservation of Automatic Sprinkler System in High-rise Building

摘要 高层建筑自喷管网的设计宜充分利用富余水压,这对节材及均衡流量都有一定的好处。以某高层办公楼为例,对其标准层的自喷管网进行了优化,并分析了其节材效果。结果表明:自喷管网的设计应充分重视各层的水力计算,有效利用各层的富余水压;优化后的管网有较显著的节材效果,同时整体的水力条件也更优。 Surplus pressure of the automatic sprinkler system in high-rise buildings should be in full use, which can help achieve steel pipe conservation and balanced outflow. Taking an office building as an example, the automatic sprinkler system on the standard layers was optimized, and the steel pipe conservation was analyzed. The results revealed that emphasis should be placed on hydraulic calculation and the surplus pressure of each layer. The optimized system had a reduced demand for steel pipe and better hydraulic condition.
