摘要
根据南京水务集团有限公司江北分公司的基础条件、管网现状和产销差特点,开展了水损诊断与评估研究。通过诊断与评估,查清了原因、量化了指标、分清了职责、明确了降差方向,为有针对性地落实降差策略奠定了基础。通过一系列降差策略的实施,产销差率从2012年的12.65%降至2013年的7.66%,超额完成了集团下达的2%的降差指标。
According to the basic conditions, the current status of pipe network and the character- istic of the non-revenue water (NRW) of Jiangbei branch, the research on water audit was performed. Through the water audit, the causes were identified, the indicators were quantified, the duties were dis-tinguished, and the direction for reducing the NRW was specified, which laid the foundation for targeted implementation of the strategies for reducing the NRW. By the implementing of a series of strategies for reducing NRW, the NRW of Jiangbei branch dropped from 12.65% in 2012 to 7.66% in 2013, the in- dex of reducing 2% NRW was overfulfiiled.
