摘要
根据铁路给水系统产销差特点、管网现状,结合郑州铁路局给水系统的产销差管理情况,从管理、技术两个层面对产销差现状进行了系统研究,并从施工监管、远程监控、体系建设等多个层面入手,制定了一系列行之有效的降差策略,把产销差率控制在16.9%左右,降差取得了良好成效。这为铁路给水系统产销差控制、未来的产销差管控提出了合理化建议。
Based on the characteristics of non-revenue water of railway water supply system ann the current situation of pipe network, combined with the management situation of non-revenue water of water supply system for Zhengzhou Railway Bureau, the current situation of non-revenue water was stud- ied in terms of management and technology. A series of effective strategies for reducing non-revenue water were formulated in terms of construction supervision, remote monitoring, system construction and so on. The non-revenue water rate was controlled at about 16.9%, achieving good effect. The rationalization proposals for controlling the non-revenue water of railway water supply system and the future non-revenue water control were made.
