摘要
采用高效硝化(HENT)耦合臭氧催化氧化技术深度处理某石化公司丙烯腈废水。中试结果表明,HENT处理效果良好,在进水氨氮为88~286mg/L的条件下,出水氨氮平均为0.53mg/L,去除率为99.72%。COD主要通过臭氧催化氧化和BAF来去除,在进水COD平均浓度为259mg/L的条件下,出水平均浓度可降至57mg/L,对COD的平均去除率达到了75.6%;随着BAF运行的稳定,当进水COD〈200mg/L时,出水COD可降至40mg/L以下。另外,高效硝化耦舍臭氧催化氧化技术对总氰化物、SS、硫化物和总磷也有一定的去除效果。
The coupling process of high efficiency nitrifying tank (HENT) and catalytic ozone oxi- dation was employed for the advanced treatment of acrylonitrile wastewater from a petrochemical compa-ny. The results showed that the expected effluent and stable operation were achieved in HENT system with an average effluent NH3 - N of 0.53 mg/L and NH3 - N removal efficiency of 99.72% under the condition of influent NH3 - N from 88 mg/L to 286 mg/L. COD removal efficiency reached an average of 75.6% by the coupling application of catalytic ozone oxidation and BAF with an average influent COD of 259 mg/L and an average effluent COD of 57 mg/L. Furthermore, as the BAF system became stable, the effluent COD was less than 40 mg/L with the influent COD less than 200 mg/L. Total cyanide, suspen- ded solids, sulfide and total phosphorus were also removed to a certain extent.
