摘要
散打教学和训练过程当中的安全问题,是影响武术散打教学能否持续进行的关键因素,通过对散打教学与训练当中出现的安全问题进行研究,分析运动员损伤的原因,并提出避免安全问题产生的合理化建议。
Security of Free sparring is the key factor of whether Free sparring teaching can be sustained development. By studying the security problem of Free sparring teaching and training, to analyze the root causes injury and make reasonable suggestions for avoiding security problems.
