摘要 运用文献资料法和专家访谈法,根据力量训练的生理学机制,从青少年力量训练的认识误区、力量训练价值及可行性等方面进行阐述。为今后青少年力量训练的深入研究提供理论依据。 According to the physiological mechanism of strength training, this paper discussed the misunderstanding, adolescent strength training, and strength training value and feasibility of adolescent strength training by used the methods of documentary and expert interview. It provides a theoretical basis for the further study of adolescent strength training.
