摘要
随着社会的不断进步,物质文明的提高以及建筑设计施工技术水平的逐步成熟完善,高层建筑也越来越多.高层建筑的变形监测对其安全性非常重要,工作的重点是对建筑物的沉降进行观测,进行沉降观测的时候要保证水准基点的稳定,在所有分析变形监测点稳定性的方法中,平均间隙法比较常见,尤其是分析垂直位移监测中,具有广泛的应用.以某高层建筑物沉降观测基准点稳定性分析为实例进行探讨,利用平均间隙法及F分布整体检验法进行基点点位稳定性检验,结果达到了设计要求,验证了该方法可行性.
Along with the advance of society, the improvement of material civilization and the technical level of building design and construction gradually mature and perfect, and the contradiction between land resources and population grows: more and more high-rise buildings appear. Deformation monitoring of high-rise building is very important for its security, and the focus is monitoring of building settlement. The stability of benchmarks should be ensured when settlement monitoring in progress. The mean spacing method is more common in all stability analysis method of deformation monitoring point, especially with a wide range of applications in the analysis of vertical displacement monitoring. In this paper, a high-rise building is taken as an example to discuss the stability analysis of settlement monitoring benchmarks, and the mean spacing method and F distribution test method are used to make stability test of benchmarks. The test results meet the design requirements, thus verifv the feasibilitv of the m^thnd.
