我国现代产业新体系构建的误区及其规避

近年来全国各地出现了现代产业发展的"潮涌现象",但我国现代产业新体系的构建陷入了五大误区。我国现有产业与现代产业体系的差距主要体现在三次产业内部结构层次不高,即构建目标趋同、构建路径本末倒置、不当排斥劳动密集型产业、盲目崇拜高新技术与政府过度干预。因此,促进地区传统优势产业裂变或内涵式发展,加快城市群要素禀赋结构升级,合理发展劳动密集型产业,重视先进适宜技术的应用,建设因势利导型政府,是规避以上误区的有效途径。

The modern industry developed rapidly in recent years , but the construction of modern industry system has often 5 errors.The difference between existing industry and modern industry are the level of industrial internal structure is not high in our country , that is convergence of goals , order reversed path , to exclude labor -intensive industry , to worship blindly high and new technology and excessive government intervention .Therefore, the countermeasures of sol-ving these problems are to accelerate intensive development of the traditional advantage industry , to speed up the promo-tion of factor endowment structure in urban agglomeration , to develop rationally labor -intensive industry , to pay atten-tion to appropriate technology , and to found the government in the light of its general trend .
