“社区支持农业”模式及其在我国的发展

The Mode of Community Supported Agriculture and Its Development in China

作为可持续农业的重要形式之一,"社区支持农业"(CSA)模式近年来引起人们的广泛关注。"社区支持农业"的典型特征有面对面的交流、城乡相互支持与信任、生产者与消费者风险共担、传统农业技术与地方性配送等,目标在于为市民提供新鲜安全食品的同时重新振兴社区经济。社区经济是"社区支持农业"的动力基础,而社区农业的多功能结构是破解食品安全领域"不可能三角"的关键。因此,中国政府应加大政策扶持,积极培育市民组织,促进"社区支持农业"的发展。

As an important form of sustainable agriculture , community supported agriculture （ CSA） has attracted wide-spread attention in recent years .The typical characteristics of CSA are the face -to-face communication , the mutual support and trust between city and countryside , the share risk in producers and consumers , the traditional agricultural technology and the regional distribution , and so on.The purpose of CSA is to provide safe and fresh food for citizens , and to prosper the rural community economy .The community economy is the foundation of the CSA .The community agri-culture is the key to solving the ＆quot;impossible triangle＆quot;problems in the field of food safety .So the government should in-crease policy support , cultivate civic organizations and promote the development of CSA .
