摘要
火电厂汽轮机甩负荷试验的目的是考核汽轮机调节系统动态特性,评定调节系统的动态品质。根据某电厂300MW亚临界机组DEH控制逻辑的特点,针对两次50%甩负荷试验汽机超速现象,通过分析甩负荷试验动态过程和相关试验数据,得出OPC电磁阀没有动作是汽轮机超速的根本原因。最后用50%和100%成功甩负荷试验数据证实该机组的调节系统动态特性优良,对同类型机组甩负荷试验具有重要的借鉴和指导意义。
The purpose of load rejection test of the turbine in thermal power plant is to assess the dynamic characteristic and the dy- namic quality of the turbine regulator system. Based on the characteristics of the DEH control logic of 300 MW subcritieal units and the over-speed phenomenon of the turbine in two 50% load rejeetion tests, it reveals that OPC solenoid valve no action is the root cause of the steam turbine over-speed by analyzing the dynamic processes and related data of load rejection tests. At last, the analytical data in 50% and 100% successful load rejection tests confirmed that the dynamic characteristic of the regulation system of the unit is excel- kent. And the study of this paper could provide significant to some extent for the load rejection tests of the units of the same type.
