Influence of MLC 2006 to Ship Cabin Arrangement

介绍了国际劳工组织制定《海事劳工公约2006》(MLC 2006)的目的及生效时间,以及公约的组成及适用船舶。通过《MLC 2006》、《1949年船员起居舱室公约(修正本)》(简称C 92)和《1970年船员起居舱室(补充条款)公约》(简称C 133)的比较,重点叙述了在船舶起居舱室布置方面的不同之处,包括舱室净高、舱室面积、舱室家具、餐厅、更衣室、娱乐设施、办公设施等。另外,对于MLC 2006中没有明确说明,但对舱室布置有影响的条文给出了一些理解和建议。

This paper briefly introduced the purpose and effective date of “Maritime Labor Convention 2006”set by the International Labour Organization ,and introduced the applicable ships and composition of convention. Through the comparison “MLC 2006” and C92＆amp;C133,this paper also primarily introduced the difference of ship cabin arrangement,including cabin height,cabin area,cabin furniture,dining room,changing room,entertainment facilities,office facilities etc. In addition,some understandings and suggestions had been proposed for the undefined article of“MLC 2006”which influenced ship accommodation cabin arrangement.
