摘要
当前,我国中小学生普遍存在学业负担偏重甚至过重的问题,因此"减负"成为全社会共同关注的话题。开展促进学生多元能力发展的综合素质评价,改变以分数为唯一标准的学业质量评价方式,是"减负"的关键所在。
At present, there commonly exists a problem of over burdened homework in the primary and secondary students in China. Therefore, lightening the students" over burdened homework has become a concerned topic for whole society. To carry out the comprehensive quality evaluation to promote the development of students'multi - dimensional a- bility and change the evaluation way of taking score as the only standard of education quality evaluation are the key to re- ducing students' over burdened homework.
