摘要
当前,我国学前教育的发展备受社会各界人士的关注。有关幼儿园教师文化的研究得到国内外专家和学者的日益关注。幼儿园教师文化对幼儿园教师的成长有着较大的影响,而且对幼儿身心发展也有着较大的影响。在梳理我国幼儿园教师文化概念的基础上,通过调查、访谈、查阅相关资料,对河南省信阳市若干所幼儿园的教师文化现状作了分析,思索其存在的问题,并分析其产生问题的原因。之后,有针对性地提出了一些改进幼儿园教师文化的途径和策略,目的是促进幼儿园良好教师文化氛围的形成和发展,全面提升幼儿园教师素养,推进我国学前教育的发展。
At present ,the development of preschool education attracts social public attention. Studies on kindergar- ten teachers'culture increasingly attract domestic and foreign experts'and scholars'eoneem. Kindergarten teacher euhure has great impact on kindergarten teachers'growth and infants'physical and psychological development. On the basis of re- viewing the concept of kindergarten teacher culture, through surveys, interviews, and looking up relevant reference mate- rial, this paper analyzes the current status of teaeher culture of certain kindergartens of Xinyang city of Henan province, ponders its problems, and explores the causes. After that, this paper proposes some ways to improve kindergarten teacher culture, aiming to develop good culture atmosphere of kindergarten teachers, enhancing kindergarten teachers" quality, promoting the development of preschool education.
