师德教育模式的“价值共识”及其基本逻辑 被引量:1

摘要 师德教育实质上是一种品格教育,其模式的要旨在于使教育对象形成某种价值诉求的共识,进而转化为普遍性的道德行动。本文认为,社会主义核心价值观作为公众最大公约数的价值诉求表达,与师德教育模式之间有着必然的逻辑联系,应然成为师德教育模式的"一般性价值共识"。而这种价值共识在师德教育模式层面生成的基本逻辑在于:以马克思主义"交往实践"思想为理论原点,积极借鉴西方品格教育的有益成果形成"合正当性"的品格教育模式。 Teachers'professional ethics is a kind of moral education, which aims at making education objects forming a kind of valueconsensus and being changed into general moral actions. This paper holds that socialist core values as a public expression of the common denominator of value demands has an intrinsically logical connection with teachers' ethics education model and ought to be the "general value consensus" of teachers'professional ethics education. The basic logic of this value consensus levels of ethics education model is as follows : taking Marxist" communicative practice" thought as the theoretical origin,activelydrawing reference from the results of westemcharaeter educationto form a "co -legitimacy" character education model.
