摘要
师范生作为教师的后备军,其师德养成状况直接影响未来教师的师德水平,在高等师范院校加强师范生师德培养具有重要的意义。而师范生师德培养在很大程度上依赖于相关课程的学习,主要通过思想政治理论课程、教师教育类课程、教师职业道德课程和校园文化活动的隐性课程实现。
Normal university students are the reserve force of teachers. Their moral cultivation condition directly af- fects the level of morality of future teachers. Therefore, it is of great significance to strengthening teachers'ethics cultiva- tion of students in higher normal universities. Teachers'ethics cultivation of normal university students depends largely on the related courses, primarily including ideological and political theory courses, teacher education curriculum, teacher occupation morality curriculum and the hidden curriculum of campus cultural activities.
