摘要
以苯丙乳液为粘结剂,聚丙烯酸(PAA)为分散剂,丙三醇为增塑剂,去离子水为分散介质,对添加烧结助剂B2O3-CuO-LiCO3(BCL)的(Ca0.9375Sr0.0625)0.3(Li0.5Sm0.5)0.7TiO3(CSLST)微波介质陶瓷粉体进行了水基流延成型工艺的研究。通过研究各种添加剂含量对浆料流变性能的影响,得出了适合流延的浆料配方(质量分数)为:陶瓷粉料50%,分散剂1%,粘结剂10%,增塑剂与粘结剂质量比为1:4。该浆料呈剪切变稀特性,经流延可制备均匀无裂纹的流延膜片。膜片叠层后在900℃下烧结具有较佳的微波介电性能:εr=75.8,Q×f=1 422 GHz,τf=13.39×10–6/℃。
Aqueous tape casting of (Ca0.9375Sr0.0625)0.3(Li0.5Sm0.5)0.7TiO3(CSLST) microwave dielectric ceramic powder with B2O3-CuO-LiCO3 (BCL) sintering aid was researched by using styrene-acrylic latex as binder, PAA as dispersant, glycerol as plasticizer, and deionized water as dispersion medium. Suitable slurry mass fraction components for aqueous tape casting are: ceramic powder of 50%, dispersant of 1%, binder of 10%, and the mass ratio of plasticizer to binder of 1 :4. The slurry possesses the shear-thinning characteristics, and the well uniform green tape without crazing is achieved after aqueous tape casting. The diaphragm laminated later sintering at 900 ℃ possesses preferable microwave dielectric properties: εr=75.8,Q×f=1422GHz,τf=13.39×10^-6/℃.
