摘要
温度是影响玻璃-金属封接性能的主要工艺参数。通过对DM305玻璃和可伐合金的封接件(尺寸分别为?5,?10,?20 mm×8 mm)在封接温度960℃与980℃下的封接状况进行模拟和实验,分析了两种温度条件下封接所需的有效时间。考察了相同封接时间下不同温度对封接的影响规律。结果表明980℃封接温度可以有效缩短封接时间,并使玻璃与金属之间结合效果良好,取得较好的封接效果。
Temperature is a key parameter influencing the glass to metal sealing performance. Through simulation and experiment of sealing status with DM305 glass and Kovar alloy (sizes of φ5, φ10, φ20 mm×8 mm) under the sealing temperature of 960 ℃ and 980 *C, the effective time needed for two kinds of sealing temperature conditions was analyzed. The influence laws of sealing were examined under the same sealing time for different temperatures. Results show that the sealing temperature of 980 ℃ can effectively shorten the sealing time, and make better combination between the glass and metal.
