科技人才聚集效应与科技创新产出的关系研究

对于一个国家或地区,影响其科技创新成果产出的原因是多方面的,但其中科技人才至关重要。借助结构方程理论,充分考虑地区科技成果产业化能力、知识创新能力、技术创新能力、地区科技创新环境等因素,构建了科技人才聚集和科技创新产出关系的测量方程和结构方程。实证结果表明,虽然各种关系错综复杂,但科技人才聚集对于科技创新产出的正面影响被充分印证。并提出了进一步吸纳科技人才、形成科技人才聚集的政策建议。

The reason of a country or a region of the technology innovation production is in many aspects, especially talent in science and technology. By using the structure equation theory, considering the technology innovation environment in areas such as the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements, the ability of knowledge innovation capability, technology innovation capability, regional factors, which build the structural equation between measurement technology talent aggregation and output of scientific and technological innovation. The scientific and technological talents aggregation positive impact on technology innovation output was fully confirmed. At last, the policy recommendations for science and technology talents aggregation was put forward.
