摘要
基于三个假设建立企业家精神创造制造业OFDI全球竞争优势的技术最优化模型,对制造业OFDI独资、合资、并购三种子公司技术最优化进行比较。通过案例分析企业家精神创造制造业OFDI合资、并购子公司全球竞争优势的原因,并分析其中的机制;从两个层面设计企业家精神制度安排促进制造业OFDI的全球竞争优势的产生。
We build technology optimization model of manufacturing OFDI global competition advantage created by entrepreneurship, and compare technology optimization among owned subsidiary, joint venture subsidiary, mergers subsidiary, on the base of three assumptions. We design ease to analysis why they are created manufacturing industry OFDI global competitive advantage of joint venture subsidiary, mergers subsidiary and acquisitions subsidiary, and analysis the mechanism. We design two levels of entrepreneurship system arraw,ement for promoting the emerging of manufacturing industry OFDI global competitive advantage.
