On the Research of the Value about Ye Mengde's Miscellaneous Notes in Terms of Literature

叶梦得现存笔记作品有《石林燕语》、《岩下放言》、《避暑录话》、《玉涧杂书》。其文学史料价值主要体现为:记栽文人轶事提供作家研究资料,记录诗事轶闻可助考查诗文写作背景;因其记载得以保存已失传作品,为宋诗辑佚提供材料;考证诗文相关诗事、词语、典故,为后人作注提供参考。评论作家作品,体现其文学主张,也可了解其时文坛趋势,具有文学思想史料价值。

Ye Mengde＇ s existing works of his miscellaneous notes include ShiLinYanYu, YanXiaFangYan, BiShuLuHua, YuJianZaShu. Their values on literature lie in the following aspects. His recordation on the anecdotes about the literati and poesy has served us as important background information of the study on authors and their works. And then, some lost works have survived through his records. In addition, his textual research on the poesy can help us make annotation. At last, his numerous reviews on writings and literati have indicated his literary viewpoint and the trend of the literary world.
