深圳市宝安区社区居民对家庭医生诉求的调查研究

Research on the family doctor demands of community residents in Baoan district of Shenzhen city

目的探讨深圳市宝安区社区居民对家庭医生的诉求调查。方法通过调查研究,首先随机问卷调查,广泛收集相关资料,通过资料整理等方式进行分析,其次是针对重点人群和居民进行面对面的交谈和访问等,深入了解社区居民的需求,综合整理其产生的原因资料,分析并得出结论。结果深圳市宝安区的社区居民大多数(合计占53.9%)了解家庭医生的计划,但对于其实质含义却了解不深,对于"是否会去社康就医"的问题,大约1/4的居民会"首先想到去社康中心","不知道附近社康中心在哪里"的人只占2.1%,充分说明该区的社康中心已经有广泛的群众基础,并且大多数居民希望家庭医生帮助预约或介绍综合医院里的好医生,并且48.5%的居民希望医生亲自上门检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但仍有部分居民对家庭医生的认识有偏差,对家庭医生的业务水平持怀疑态度,距离社区医疗机构首诊制的目标尚有一定距离。结论本研究的成果有助于了解深圳市宝安区社区居民对家庭医生的诉求内容及其相关因素,为政策制定者提供一定的参考价值,有利于"家庭医生责任制"在深圳市宝安区的全面推广和实施。

Objective To explore the demands of Baoan district community residents in Shenzhen city for family doctor. Methods Through survey research, firstly, a random questionnaire survey, relevant data were collected and through data processing analyzed, to get the key, then according to the related people and residents face to face interview face-to-face, in-depth understanding of the needs of community residents, comprehensively documented the reasons, analysis and conclusion. Results Though most community residents knew about the＂family doctor plan＂,they didn＇t know the actual meaning of it;for the question of ＂whether go to community health service for helping＂,there were about 1/4 of residents choosing going to communicty health service at first, only 2.1% of residents didn＇t know where＇s community health service,this fully showed that the community health service of Baoan district in Shenzhen city had comprehensive mass base. And the majority of residents want to make an appointment or family doctor to help intro- duce General Hospital where the good doctor, and 48.5% of residents want doctors to be able to personally come to be checked, the differences were statistically significnat （P〈0.05）. But there were still some residents had family doctors recognize bias, the level of business skeptical family doctors, community health agencies from first diagnosis there was a certain distance from the target system. Conclusion The results of this study will help to understand the demands of community residents in Shenzhen city Baoan district content to the family doctor and itsrelated factors, analysis of different age residents similarities and differenceson family doctor demands, provide certain reference value for policy making,is conducive to the ＂family doctors responsibility system＂ in the city of Shenzhen Baoan district comprehensive the promotion and implementation.
