腹腔镜胃转流术与袖状胃切除术疗效的Meta分析 被引量:3

A Meta-analysis of therapeutic effect of laparaoscopic Roux-en-Y gastric bypass and laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy

摘要 目的比较腹腔镜胃转流术和腹腔镜袖状胃切除术治疗肥胖和2型糖尿病的3年疗效。方法计算机检索MEDLINE、EMbase、万方、CNKI数据库,按纳入与排除标准选择文献、提取相应信息,采用RevMan 5.1.0软件分析。结果接受两种术式的患者3年后BMI水平[MD=-0.68,95%CI(-1.64,0.27),P=0.16]、EWL%水平[MD=0.34,95%CI(-6.80,7.48),P=0.93]、糖尿病好转率[RR=1.03,95%CI(0.91,1.17),P=0.65]均无差别。结论在治疗肥胖及2型糖尿病方面,两种术式3年效果相当。袖状胃切除术术式简单,术后并发症少,可作为优先考虑实施的术式。 Objective To compare Laparoscopic Roux-en-Y gastric bypass and Laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy for treatment of obesity and type 2 diabetes mellitus, evaluating the effects of two kinds of operation after 3 years. Methods MEDLINE, EMbase, WanFang data and CNKI were searched by computer. The studies were selected ac- cording to predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria. Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.1.0 software. Results Among patients undergoing these two kinds of operative methods, there were no statistically significant differ- ences, regarding the level of 3-years postoperative BMI[MD =-0.68,95 % CI (- 1.64,0.27 ), P=O. 16], the percentage of excess weight loss [MD=0.34,95%CI (-6.80,7.48),P=0.93] and the rate of diabetes remission [RR=I.03, 95%CI (0.91,1.17) ,P=0.65]. Conclusion Three-year therapeutic effects of LSG and LRYGB on obesity and type 2 diabetes mellitus are similar. LSG is simple, less complications, so it can give priority to the implementation of surgery.
