超声弹性成像在乳腺良恶性肿瘤鉴别诊断中的应用价值

The application value of ultrasound elastography in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors

目的 探讨超声弹性成像在乳腺良恶性肿瘤鉴别诊断中的价值.方法 回顾性分析我院2010年12月～2013年11月收治的125例乳腺性肿瘤患者病例.全部173个病灶以超声弹性成像进行诊断,并利用改良5分评分法进行评价,与术后的病理结果进行对照分析.结果 超声弹性成像对乳腺良、恶性肿瘤诊断的敏感性为85.94％（55/64）、特异性为82.57％（90/109）、准确性为83.82％（145/173）.超声弹性成像诊断恶性组中组织弹性硬度≥4分的出现率85.94％,显著性大于良性组的17.43％,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 超声弹性成像技术可以有效的对乳腺良、恶性肿瘤进行鉴别诊断,值得推广.

Objective To investigate the value of ultrasound elasticity imaging in the differential diagnosis of benign/ malignant breast tumors. Methods A total of 125 cases of breast tumors from December 2010 to November 2013 in our hospital were retrospective analyzed. All 173 lesions were detected with ultrasound elasticity imaging. The results were evaluated by modified 5 points score method and compared with pathological results. Results The sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of ultrasound elasticity imaging for differential diagnosis of benign/malignant breast tumors were 85.94% （55/64）,82.57% （90/109）, and 83.82% （145/173）. Elastic hardness 94 point of malignant group by ultrasound elasticity imaging was 85.94%, which was significantly higher than that of benign group（17.43%）（P〈O.05）. Conclusion Ultrasound elasticity imaging can effectively differential diagnose benign/malignant breast tumor, worthy of promotion.
