责任制整体护理在呼吸内科优质护理服务中应用的效果评价

The effect of accountability overall care quality care in respiratory medicine evaluation of the application

目的 探讨呼吸内科优质护理服务中实施责任制整体护理的应用效果.方法 采取回顾性方法对我院2012年1月～2013年12月间的100例呼吸内科优质护理服务中实施责任制整体护理的效果进行分析.结果 通过护理前后的临床数据比较,护理后服务态度、主动性、工作能力和病区管理以及关爱、沟通与健康宣教的评分均明显高于护理前,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.护理前患者的临床护理满意度为83.0％,护理后为95.0％,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.护士长对责任护士责任制整体护理考核干预前评分为（77.3±4.5）分,干预后评分为（92.1±2.5）分,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 临床中对于呼吸内科优质护理服务中实施责任制整体护理是可行的,提高患者的临床护理满意度,并提高临床护理质量.同时,提高护士长对责任护士责任制整体护理考核的满意度,值得临床中应用与推广.

Objective To investigate respiratory medicine quality care in implementing the responsibility system appli- cation results overall care. Methods Retrospective methods in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2013 one hundred cases of respiratory medicine of high quality nursing service in the implementation of the effect of implement the responsibility system for the overall nursing were analyzed. Results After care service attitude, initiative, ability to work, ward management and care, communication and health education scores were significantly higher than before nursing care through clinical data, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）. Former nursing satisfaction with clinical care of patients was 83.0%, satisfaction with clinical care of patients after treatment was 95.0%, after satisfac- tion of clinical nursing care of patients before treatment was significantly higher, the difference was statistically signifi- cant（P 〈 0.05）. Responsibility for the former nurse nurses nursing assessment intervention overall accountability score were （77.3＋4.5） points, after intervention score were （92.1＋2.5） points, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion For respiratory medicine quality in clinical nursing care in the implementation of responsibility sys- tem is feasible, holistic nursing care to improve clinical nursing of patient＇s satisfaction, and improve the quality of clinical nursing. At the same time, improve the head nurse to nurse the responsibility system for the overall satisfaction of the nursing evaluation, is worth the clinical application and promotion.
