泡沫硬化剂聚桂醇治疗下肢静脉曲张的疗效观察

The curative effect observation on lower extremity varicose veins treated by bubble hardener cinnamyl alcohol

目的探索泡沫硬化剂聚桂醇治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床效果。方法依治疗方法不同将在我院接受治疗的下肢静脉曲张的60例患者均分为两组,实验组给予泡沫硬化剂聚桂醇,对照组给予传统的大隐静脉高位结扎并抽剥手术,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果实验组手术的操作时间、切口长度、术中出血量、术后下地行走时间和平均住院时间各项指标均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。手术3个月后,实验组复发率(3.33%)明显低于对照组(13.33%),有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论泡沫硬化剂聚桂醇治疗下肢静脉曲张,不仅具有传统手术治疗效果,而且手术操作简单、时间短、创伤小、痛苦轻,术后即可下地行走,术后复发率低,是较理想的治疗方法。

Objective To explore curative effect on lower extremity varicose veins treated by bubble hardener cinnamyl alcohol. Methods A total of 60 lower extremity varicose veins patients were divided into two groups by random number table, the experimental group were given the foam hardeners laummacrogol, while the control group were given traditional high ligation of great saphenous vein and stripping operation method, the clinical effect between the two groups after treatment were observed and compared. Results The experimental group＇s operation operation time, incision length, operative blood loss, time of postoperative ambulation and the average length of hospital stay were better than that of the control group, there was statistically significance （P〈0.05）. After operation 3 months, operation the patients of this two groups returned visit operation, the recurrence rate（3.33%） of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group（13.33%）, there was significantly significance （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The foam hardeners lauromacrogol in treatment of varix of lower limb has the therapeutic effect of traditional operation, the operation is sim- ple, it costs a little time, small wound, slight pain, patients can walk after surgery and recovery rapidly, it is an ideal treatment method with its low recurrence rate.
