国产和进口微柱凝胶卡鉴定婴幼儿ABO及RhD血型效果比较

Comparison of domestic and import micro column gel card in infant ABO and RhD blood types

目的评价国产和进口微柱凝胶卡鉴定婴幼儿ABO及RhD血型的应用效果。方法分别采用国产微柱凝胶血型鉴定卡和进口血型鉴定卡对早产儿、足月新生儿、血液病患儿及其他患儿进行A抗原、B抗原以及D抗原鉴定,比较两种方法的符合情况以及凝集强度。结果国产微柱凝胶血型鉴定卡与进口血型鉴定卡对婴幼儿ABO和RhD血型鉴定结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论国产微柱凝胶卡鉴定结果与进口微柱凝胶卡相似,并且费用更低,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To evaluate application of domestic and import micro column gel card in infant ABO and RhD blood types. Methods ABO and RhD blood types of premature, full-term newborns, blood diseases infants and infants with other diseases were detected by domestic and import micro column gel card. Consistency and agglutination intensity were analyzed. Results Domestic and import micro column gel card in infant ABO and RhD blood type showed no significant difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Detection of domestic micro column gel card in infant ABO and RhD blood types shows similar results with import micro column gel card, with less cost, worthy of clinical application.
